A lifelong Lakeshore resident who has 27 years of experience in her career, Darla and her team of hair care professionals have served the Spring Lake community for 16 years. She has invested in the century-old building to help support the improvement of the Spring Lake Business District.
In 2002, the Spring Lake Historical Conservation Commission presented Darla with a 'Historic Preservation Award' in recognition of the renovation she had completed on the building.
Darla also supports the community by sponsoring local youth sports teams and local theater.
